Can I start small and add more addresses over time?
Of course!
You could start with systems installed 10+ years ago and from better zip codes and add more once this strategy starts working and making you money!
What do I have to do on an ongoing basis?
Nothing!
We do all the heavy lifting for you.
- We keep track of who to send which birthday year postcards each month.
- We are constantly developing new designs and offers to run by you.
- We will send you a monthly report detailing how many calls you received.
What are my total monthly and ongoing costs?
Your monthly fee is $325, which covers building and managing your campaign and all the associated costs (project management, call tracking, reporting software, and graphic design).
On the first of each month, you will be invoiced $1.80 for each postcard mailed in the previous month.
Is any contract required?
Absolutely not.
Is there a limit to design revisions?
No.
Our goal is to create postcards you love, with compelling coupons designed to get your team back into the homes where you previously installed equipment.
When are the cards mailed out each month?
Our goal is to mail out your personalized, custom birthday postcards by the 20th of each month. This may vary slightly with holidays, weekends, etc.
Who is doing the actual mailing?
We’ve partnered with a direct mail company with decades of experience sending millions of direct mail pieces annually.
How long will it take to start mailing cards out?
Once we’ve settled on postcard designs you love, coupons that will get your customers calling in, and a list of addresses, we’ll start mailing them out the next week!
What do you need from me?
- A Zoom call to learn a bit about your business and goals
- Feedback on card designs (brand, logo, colors, team photos, etc.)
- A list of addresses to start mailing to

Is my customer info safe?
Absolutely.
Once you sign up, we’ll send you an agreement ensuring that your customers’ addresses are not used for any purpose other than those described in our agreement.
