When you open your mailbox and see a postcard, you know what it is….

A cheesy attempt to sell you something.

We must break that cycle to get a HUGE response rate!

We don’t want a 2-3% response rate, we want a 20-30% response rate!!!!

We need them to realize this isn’t a generic postcard being sent to everybody in the neighborhood!

We all have to go through the mental gymnastics of deciding what is worth keeping and what can be thrown away.

• • Is this from your actual credit card company, or are they just trying to sell you something new?
  • Is this really a check from Uncle Sam? (it’s not) 😊
  • Is ‘account information enclosed’ REALLY about your account?

What makes it into the ‘keep’ pile are actual bills, personal items, and things of genuine interest and value.

Our initial goal is to survive this initial round of what gets thrown in the trash.
